Airmail for Mac has solid HTML signature support. You can paste either the rendered signature from a browser or the HTML source into Airmail’s signature editor (HTML mode).
1Create your signature
Design and save your signature in Mirosign, then Download HTML. Open the file in a browser, or keep Copy HTML ready if you prefer pasting source into Airmail’s HTML mode.
2Open the account signature settings
- In Airmail, open Airmail → Settings (or Preferences on older versions).
- Select the Accounts tab.
- Click the settings (cog) control next to the account you want to update, then open the Signature tab.
3Add the Mirosign signature
- Click + to create a new signature and give it a clear name.
- Choose HTML in the signature editor if that option is shown, then paste either your copied HTML source or the rendered signature from the browser (Cmd+V).
- Click Save.
4Use it when composing
In the account’s Composer options (same account settings area), choose whether the signature is added to new messages and replies. Compose a test email and confirm the layout, links and hosted images look right.
Tip: Airmail on iOS is separate — set the signature up on Mac first, then check how your provider syncs signatures, or paste again in the iOS app if it has its own signature field.
