Do my company emails get re-routed through an external email server?

At Mirosign we believe in email privacy and we do not store any more data than we have to. Mirosign does not reroute your emails through our or any other server to attach the email signatures, like some other providers do.

With Mirosign, the signatures are created using our web app and downloaded then installed directly on your own devices. The email signature is installed in your own email application sending software. You use your email sending software application and your own email sending server ensuring you maintain privacy and security and GDPR compliance.

Mirosign does not have access to your emails and cannot read your emails.
