No — Mirosign never routes your email through our servers or anyone else’s. Your signature is installed directly in your own email app, so your messages continue to send through your own email provider exactly as before.
At Mirosign we believe in email privacy and don’t store any more data than we have to. Unlike some other providers, we do not reroute your emails through an external server to attach signatures.
Signatures are created in our web app, downloaded, and installed directly on your own devices. Because you keep using your own email software and sending server, you maintain your privacy, security and GDPR compliance. Mirosign has no access to your emails and cannot read them.
