eM Client (Windows and Mac) has full HTML signature support and can even import an HTML file directly, which makes it one of the easiest desktop apps to set up.
1Create your signature
Design and save your signature in Mirosign. You can either Copy HTML or Download HTML — both work with eM Client.
2Open the signature editor
- Click Menu → Settings, then go to Mail → Templates and Signatures.
- Click the Signatures… button, then New, and give it a name.
3Add your Mirosign signature
Two ways, whichever you prefer:
- Paste: open your downloaded HTML file in a browser, select all, copy, and paste into the signature editor.
- Import: use the Import button in the signature window and select the HTML file you downloaded from Mirosign.
Click OK to save.
4Assign it to your account
Back in Templates and Signatures, choose your account and set the new signature for new emails, replies and forwards. Click Apply, then OK, and compose a test email.
