How to install HTML email signature in the web-based version of Gmail

Step 1 — Create your signature

Create your email signature in Mirosign.com.

Step 2 — Create a new blank signature in Gmail

Log into Gmail.com on desktop

Click Settings cog ⚙️

Select See all settings

  • Scroll down to the Signature: section
  • Click + Create new
  • Name it “mirosign.com signature”

Step 3 — Copy signature

Return to Mirosign.com and click download HTML file

Open the HTML file in a browser such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge or Safari

Select the entire signature by pressing Ctrl+A or (cmd⌘+A on a Mac)

and copy by pressing Ctrl+C or (cmd⌘+C on a Mac)

Step 4 — Paste signature

Return to Gmail and paste it into the signature window.

Select the signature defaults below choose for new email use and on reply forward use: Mirosign.com signature.

Click save changes at the bottom of settings page.

An HTML email signature added to Gmail will display on a mobile phone but may appear smaller than desktop version.
