Gmail has no HTML code field. You must copy the rendered signature from a browser and paste it into Gmail settings. Ensure you follow each step carefully.
How to install HTML email signature in the web-based version of Gmail
1Create your signature
Create your email signature in Mirosign and save your design.
To download your signature in Step 3, you need an active Mirosign subscription. If you have unsaved changes, save first — the download buttons stay disabled until your design is saved.
2Create a new blank signature in Gmail
Log into Gmail.com on desktop.
Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner.
Select See all settings.
On the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section, then:
- Click + Create new
- Name it Mirosign signature
3Copy your signature
Return to Mirosign and click Download HTML.
Do not use Copy HTML for Gmail. That button copies raw HTML code. Gmail needs the rendered signature copied from a browser.
Open the downloaded HTML file in a browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
Select the entire rendered signature with Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac), then copy with Ctrl+C or Cmd+C.
4Paste into Gmail
Return to Gmail, click inside the signature editor, and paste with Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd+V (Mac).
Under Signature defaults, set For new emails use and On reply/forward use to Mirosign signature.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
Mobile Gmail
