Mailbird

Mailbird for Windows supports rich HTML signatures. The reliable method is to copy the rendered signature from a browser (not the raw HTML source) and paste it into the Identities signature box.

  1. 1Create your signature

Design and save your signature in Mirosign, then Download HTML. Open the downloaded file in Chrome or Edge so you can see the signature as it will appear in email.

  2. 2Copy the rendered signature

In the browser window, select the whole signature (Ctrl+A), then copy it (Ctrl+C). Copying the rendered view keeps logos, links and formatting intact — pasting raw HTML source usually will not.

  3. 3Open Identities in Mailbird

    1. Open Mailbird and go to Menu → Settings (or use Ctrl+,).
    2. Open the Identities tab.
    3. Select the email account you want to update, then click Edit (or double-click the identity).
  4. 4Paste and save

Paste your signature into the signature editor (Ctrl+V). If there is an option for a different signature per identity, leave it enabled for this account. Click OK / Save, close Settings, then compose a test email to confirm logos and links look correct.
