Why is my logo is not appearing in my email signature?

If you’re seeing your email signature but without your logo file it may be that your Mirosign subscription has run out. With a Mirosign email signature, we host your images so that they load remotely part of the service is paid for by your subscription. Please check that your subscription is in date if there is still a problem please contact us.

Not all the email applications automatically download graphic files in emails. This can particularly affect Outlook users as Microsoft have an added an overzealous security measure meant to prevent hackers from using media files to inject malware into your computer. Just instruct your recipient to specifically instruct their email client to download the images attached to your emails.
