Roundcube is the webmail client used by most cPanel (and many Plesk) hosting accounts. It can use a full HTML signature if you enable the HTML signature option and, ideally, paste via the HTML source editor.
1Create your signature
Design and save your signature in Mirosign. Use Copy HTML (or Download HTML and open the file in a text editor so you can copy the code). For Roundcube, pasting the HTML source into the source editor is usually more reliable than rich-text paste alone.
2Open Roundcube Identities
- Log in to webmail (often
https://yourdomain.com/webmailor via cPanel → Email Accounts → Check Email) and open Roundcube. - Go to Settings.
- Click Identities, then select (or create) the identity for the address you send from.
- Log in to webmail (often
3Paste as an HTML signature
- Tick HTML signature under the signature box so the rich editor appears.
- Click the Source / <> (HTML) button in the editor toolbar.
- Paste your Mirosign HTML into the source window, confirm, then click Save on the identity.
4Compose in HTML
Go to Settings → Preferences → Composing Messages and set Compose HTML messages to always. Under signature options, set the signature to add automatically. Compose a test message and check that images load (Mirosign hosts them, so they should not arrive as attachments).
Note: Hosting panels sometimes brand Roundcube as “Webmail” only. The Identities → HTML signature path is the same. If your host still offers Horde instead of Roundcube, use the same idea (HTML/source paste) or switch the account to Roundcube in cPanel when available.
