Yes for logo and brand colours — upload your logo (and optional promo banner) and set colours in the designer. Fonts are limited to web-safe stacks Mirosign provides (for example Arial/Helvetica, Georgia, Verdana, System Font) so signatures render reliably across email clients. Arbitrary custom webfonts are not supported.
Yes. Mirosign works with any client that supports HTML signatures, including Gmail (web and mobile), Outlook (new and classic Windows, Mac, Outlook.com, and mobile apps), and Apple Mail on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Installation guides also cover Thunderbird, Spark, and other HTML-capable clients.
Mirosign does not reroute or read your email. Staff personal contact details entered in a Team generator are not stored on Mirosign servers. Retained data includes the account holder’s login and payment details, plus company assets you choose to keep (such as logo, promo banner, and generic company fields).
