  • 1. Design & lock your master template

    Use the designer to build your company email signature. Choose a template, add your logo and banner, set brand colours, and lock fields staff should not change — logo, address, promo banner, and other company details. Preview until it looks right.

  • 2. Publish your staff generator page

    Publish a private Mirosign page for your company and share the link with your team. Staff only fill in their personal details — name, email, phone, and similar. Unlimited colleagues can use it, including people who join later. You can update the design any time.

  • 3. Staff personalise, download & install

    Staff download and install

    Each person opens your company page, adds their allowed details, and downloads their HTML signature. Then they follow the short install guide for Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, or their phone.
